Service Description
Start your day with balance, movement and calm in my Vinyasa yoga class! Designed to be accessible to all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners, this class focuses on linking breath with flowing movements. You'll move through a series of poses (asanas) that help build strength, core stability, flexibility and mindfulness, leaving you feeling energised and centred for the day ahead. Whether you're looking to jumpstart your morning or ease into your weekend, this class will guide you at a pace that feels right for you. Expect clear instructions, modifications for all abilities and a welcoming environment where you can connect with your body, calm your mind and leave feeling refreshed. This class will challenge your body at the level you are at, even if this is your first class - no expectations and no pressure to perfect. Yoga is something we practise, not master. Just do you and go with the flow. Join me to breathe, flow and create space for wellness in your life! You'll need a mat, water and if needed for lower back, a blanket you can fold or small cushion. Yoga bricks will be provided.
